Request Account Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your VinculaPlay account and all data associated with it. Before submitting, please read what this means:
What we store
- Your email address
- Game session history (sessions you hosted or joined)
- Voice credit balance and purchase history
- Subscription status
What deletion means
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your account, game history, credits, and all personal data will be erased. Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately — you won't be able to use the remaining time left in your subscription. This cannot be undone.
One exception: to prevent abuse of free trials, we retain a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of your email address (not your email itself) solely to recognize a repeat free-trial signup. This fingerprint cannot be used to identify you, contact you, or restore your account.
