Request Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your VinculaPlay account and all data associated with it. Before submitting, please read what this means:

What we store

• Your email address
• Game session history (sessions you hosted or joined)
• Voice credit balance and purchase history
• Subscription status

What deletion means

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your account, game history, credits, and all personal data will be erased. Any active subscription will be cancelled. This cannot be undone.
