VinculaPlay Interactive is a social gaming platform operated by VinculaPlay Interactive, located in Pleasanton, California, 94588. We operate the VinculaPlay website (vinculaplay.com) and the DominoGame: Family & Friends mobile and desktop application.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- →Account information: Email address, display name, and password (stored as a secure one-way hash — we never store your plaintext password).
- →Google account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- →Game identity: A Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Player ID is assigned when you use our mobile or desktop game client. This ID is linked to your VinculaPlay account.
- →Payment information: We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (website) and RevenueCat / Apple App Store / Google Play Store (mobile). We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers only.
- →Game session data: Session records, game results, and invitation history associated with your account.
- →Voice usage: We track the duration of voice chat sessions for billing purposes. We do not record or store the content of your voice conversations.
3. How We Use Your Information

- →To process subscription payments and manage your billing
- →To send game invitations on your behalf to the email addresses you provide
- →To send transactional emails: email verification, password reset, and welcome messages
- →To enforce platform rules, prevent abuse, and maintain security

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We share limited data with the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- →Stripe — payment processing for website subscriptions. Subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- →RevenueCat — mobile subscription management (iOS and Android). Subject to the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- →Google — Google Sign-In and Google Play Games Services (Android). Subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- →Unity Gaming Services (UGS) — player identity for game clients. Subject to the Unity Privacy Policy.
- →Stream.io — real-time voice chat infrastructure. Subject to the Stream Privacy Policy.
- →Resend — transactional email delivery (invitations, verification, password reset).
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records).
6. Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- →Access the personal data we hold about you
- →Request correction of inaccurate data
- →Request deletion of your account and associated data
- →Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

We use a single httpOnly session cookie (vp_session) to maintain your authenticated session on the website. This cookie is not accessible to JavaScript and is never used for advertising or tracking purposes.

VinculaPlay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of VinculaPlay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
